BROUQ TRAIL RACE
9 January 2026
The inaugural Brouq Trail Race hits the ground running on Friday, 9 January 2026, offering distances for all abilities — from a challenging 15 KM trail to shorter 10 KM and 5 KM routes, plus 1 KM runs for kids and families.

Set against Brouq’s majestic desert backdrop, this flagship event of the Brouq Festival by Visit Qatar is a celebration of fitness, nature, and community. Runners will traverse scenic desert paths surrounded by iconic rock formations, heritage landmarks, and sweeping coastal views, making this event both a physical challenge and a visual journey.
With DJs, live music, a race village, and family activities, the Brouq Trail Race blends the thrill of competition with the warmth of a festival atmosphere — an inspiring setting for a personal milestone or an unforgettable family day out.

The Brouq Trail Race is organized by the Qatar Sports For All Federation (QSFA) and Agora Sports Consulting, brought to you with the support of Visit Qatar.
This event reflects Qatar’s growing commitment to active lifestyle, wellness, and eco-tourism, showcasing one of the nation’s most breathtaking natural areas — Zekreet’s Brouq Reserve — as a destination for outdoor adventure and community engagement.
